Challenge

An existing telecom agent application needed a full rebuild: modern UX, dual themes (classic and modern), provider integrations for MTN and Syriatel, and an operations dashboard to manage agents, network structure, pricing, finance, and support — delivered through an engineering partnership rather than a direct contractor engagement.

Approach

SimiColon joined as an engineering partner and delivered the product as three connected layers: a Flutter agent app with classic purple and modern dark themes, a Laravel backend for transactions and provider services, and a React admin dashboard for agents, user types, network, finance, operations, pricing, reports, and support.

Solution

Al-Asdiqa 2 is a live agent operations platform covering MTN and Syriatel recharge, bill payment, and wallet flows, with operational and merchant balance views, quick actions, transaction history, app lock (PIN/fingerprint), and theme switching between classic and modern interfaces. The dashboard manages agents, geographic settings, user types, banks, coupons, network, finance, operations, pricing, users, reports, and technical support.
